Guaranty Policy:
A 50% deposit with a credit card is needed to guarantee reservation.
Check In: 3:00 PM
Check Out: 1:00 PM
Credit Cards Accepted:
Visa and MasterCard.
Cancellation Policy:
Cancel at least 48 hrs prior to arrival to avoid charges.
No Show Policy:
No Shows have a one night charge.
Extra person Policy:
Extra adult $100 Mexican Pesos.
Rollaway bed $150 Mexican Pesos.
Kids Policy:
Up to 2 children under 10 years old free of charge in same room with adult.
Pets Policy:
No pets allowed.
Oversold Policy:
In case the Hotel is oversold and cannot offer you the contracted service, to the client with a reservation from UNIVISIT, the Hotel by its own count will find adequate alternatives to supply the service contracted, that will meet or give better service than the original benefits contracted.
